Alex Vasquez
Principal
Dr. Vasquez serves as Principal of Integrated Strategy Consulting and is a strategic partner to a growing and diverse community of institutional leaders. He served in various campus leadership roles for more than 20 years and as a senior consultant to colleges and universities across the U.S.
Alex has helped institutions develop strategic planning processes, strengthen programs and services, and foster diversity, equity, and inclusion to improve student outcomes and organizational effectiveness. He served as Dean of Students at Amherst College and bridged academic and student affairs in various roles at Wheaton College (Massachusetts) and Colgate University.
He earned a Ph.D. at Boston College, an M.S. in Educational Administration and Policy Studies, and a B.S. in Philosophy at the State University of New York at Albany, and teaches in the Executive Doctoral program in Higher Education at Boston College.
Rosanna Salcedo
Consultant
Rosanna M. Salcedo is an educational leader, DEI practitioner, and consultant who has served educational institutions for over 25 years.

Throughout her career, Rosanna has served in leadership roles as a teacher, administrator, senior DEI practitioner, executive coach, and as an advisor to Heads of School, Deans, Directors, and Boards of Trustees on issues of organizational development, school leadership, and institutional diversity, equity and inclusion. Her commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, student success, and organizational change is rooted in her lived experience as a teacher, learner, and school leader.
Rosanna is a first-generation Latina from Washington Heights in NYC. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Amherst College and Ed.M. in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard University's Graduate School of Education.
Angela Batista
Consultant
Dr. Batista is an experienced educator and leader and former Vice President of Student Affairs and Institutional Diversity and Inclusion at Champlain College. Angela has worked in K-12 and higher education institutions and held senior-level positions at Oregon State University, the University of Southern Indiana, and Mills College. She is also a former Marriage and Family Therapist.
Angela currently leads Transformation by Design, where she serves as a consultant and executive coach to individuals, teams, and organizations in higher education and the private and non-profit sectors. Angela is a Faculty Lecturer at the University of Tennessee Knoxville within the College Student Personnel and Educational Leadership and Policy Studies Department. Angela is also recognized as a Pillar of the Student Affairs profession (NASPA).

Angela earned a doctorate in Leadership from Nova Southeastern University, an M.A. from the University of Vermont, and a B.A. at Brooklyn College in New York.
Jacob Diaz
Consultant
Dr. Jacob Diaz has served as a university leader for over 25 years and has witnessed the transformative power of education and how it contributes to the development of the next generation of leaders.
Jacob has served in various leadership roles, including as Vice President for Student Development, Regional Assistant Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs, and Dean of Students, and has provided strategic vision and oversight for a vast portfolio of student-facing programs and services, including Student Engagement, Housing and Residence Education, Health and Wellness, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Jacob is recognized as a Pillar of the Student Affairs Profession (NASPA).
Jacob is a proud product of the California Community College system. He holds a B.A. in English Literature from the UC, Santa Barbara, and an M.Ed. in Higher Education and Student Affairs and Ed. D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Vermont.
Joe Du Pont, J.D.
Consultant
Joseph Du Pont serves as the Associate Vice President for Career Services and Integrated Learning at Boston College, where he provides strategic leadership for career services while advancing the university’s vision for integrated learning.
Previously, Joseph served as Dean of Career Services at Brandeis University and established Teach for America’s Office of Career and Civic Opportunities, implementing a nationwide career engagement strategy for corps members and alumni. A recognized leader in the field, he co-founded and led the NASPA Student Career Development Knowledge Community and has served as a National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) board member.
Joseph earned his B.A. in history and religion from Duke University, a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Georgetown University Law Center, and a M.A. in higher education administration from New York University.
Ashley B. Stewart
Consultant
Ashley B. Stewart has been a trusted coach, facilitator, and advisor to over 2,000 executives across the for-profit, nonprofit, and government sectors. Ashley tailors leadership solutions that harness leaders’ authentic power, deepen their self-awareness, and interrupt unconscious patterns that compromise effectiveness and performance.

Ashley is the Chief Executive of The Corvian Group and serves as a senior advisor for transformational leadership and race consciousness subject matter expert with McKinsey & Company.​ Ashley has held leadership roles at the Baltimore City Public Schools, the Annie E. Casey Foundation, Johns Hopkins University, the U.S. Department of State, and the U.S. Department of Education.

Ashely earned an M.A. in Public Policy at Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government, an M.Ed. from the Broad Institute at Yale University, and a B.A. from Morehouse College.
Erin Wilson

Erin is the co-author of Strategic Rest in Leadership and serves as Principal of Design Ideal Consulting. She combines expertise in leadership development with innovative strategies to drive productivity and workplace harmony. She is certified in Core Strengths, Disc, and Wiley's Five Behaviors and empowers teams to thrive in today’s changing professional landscape.

Erin received her doctorate in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Higher Education and a master’s degree in human development and leadership.
Shante Little
Project Assistant
Shante Little​ is a community outreach and equitable communications expert specializing in integrating considerations for BIPOC and working class populations into digital strategy and data storytelling. She serves as a project assistant and digital communications specialist for Integrated Strategy Consulting.

Shante served as an educator in the New Orleans public charter school system before launching a career as a researcher, program manager, and nonprofit communications specialist. Shante has held leadership roles at social finance think tanks Criterion Institute and Transform Finance. She has also led communications and digital marketing for climate justice organizations and equity-minded consulting firms.

Shante earned a B.A. in Black Diaspora Studies from Wheaton College (MA) and M.Ed. in Higher Education and Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University.
